About Me
My name is Jan Currie and I care about Client Service!
I have spent over 20 years in employee benefits, as an Account Manager, Supervisor, Mentor, HR/Benefits Manager, Consultant and Coach. I have worked in large, international consulting firms and small start-ups and everywhere in between. I have a deep understanding of the demands and rewards of our profession.
In my experience, service teams are less stressed and more effective when they have ready access to resources. Leadership wants to focus on building the business and doesn’t have capacity to get involved in the weeds of service problems. I love getting into the weeds and providing this direct support to service teams! I am a subject matter expert and provide guidance on client service issues that arise throughout the benefits renewal cycle and beyond. I develop customized checklists and templates to organize and provide consistency to service teams. I collaborate with leadership, sales and service teams as a fractional Client Service Manager.
